Seats & Members
Each plan includes one seat. A seat is consumed by any team member — including the organization owner — who has an active membership. Pending invitations do not consume a seat until accepted.
Billing & Cycles
Octapost bills monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a significant discount compared to the monthly rate. Your plan renews automatically on the same calendar day each cycle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Invoices are emailed to the account owner after each successful charge.
- You can download past invoices from Settings → Billing.
- If a charge fails, Octapost retries over 3 days before suspending the account.
Upgrade & Downgrade
You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately — you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access to the higher-tier features until then.
- If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., more organizations or connected accounts than the new tier allows), you will be prompted to remove the excess before the downgrade is applied.
